Training Fees  

There is no training fee for TM 3.0 participants, while a training fee applies for non-active clients. Join us on this journey of growth and development tailored to your needs. 

Accompanying Companion  

If you plan to bring a companion, there is an extra fee for their accommodation. Please refer to the pricing details below. Business partners or staff members can join the training sessions. However, family members not affiliated with the business cannot participate in the training sessions.

 Extend Your Stay

We encourage you to arrive a day early to join in on social activities on Friday morning, September 26th. You’re welcome to extend your stay before or after the training, but please note that formal training starts Friday 9/26 at 4pm for VIP Training and that evening for the Welcome dinner/social. We officially end Monday night, Sept 29th, but have an extended Q&A/work session on Tuesday morning, Sept 30th with remaining staff.

Your Responsibility 

Please note that flight tickets and any expenses outside of the event and hotel are not included. Ensure you have a valid passport and make your own travel arrangements to Cancun for the retreat. We are happy to answer questions and be of assistance. Your venue fee covers the hotel resort and all food, beverage, entertainment/activities provided by the resort, and airport transportation to and from the hotel.

Training Fee for Non-Active Mentorship 3.0 Client — $6,000.00

If someone wants to attend but is not a current Mentorship client then there’s a training fee of $6,000.00 USD.
Current Mentorship clients can bring staff and or family at no additional fee aside from the venue fee and airfare.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

  • Flight NOT included, must get a passport and book your own travel to Cancun.
  • ​Venue fee includes accomodation, food, and airport transfers. 
  • No additional training fee for The Mentorship 3.0 Members. 
  • ​For those who are availing extra nights (5 days or 6 days total), let us know the days if you’re arriving a day earlier and/or leaving a day later.

ABOUT DR. Z

Dr. Brandy Zachary, DC, IFMCP, FMACP 
Dr. Brandy Zachary, DC, IFMCP (“Dr. Z”) is a powerful and unique Functional Medicine teacher, a successful 5th generation female entrepreneur, & award-winning practice owner. Her most recent launch in Functional Medicine went from $0-$7 million in less than a year! She just won the highly coveted 2 Comma Award, given to only 1% of online teachers and coaches!
Dr. Z has worked with thousands of health entrepreneurs on their branding, marketing, sales, speaking, clinical, and practice strategy. She loves to teach about the “Business of Health” and rapid practice growth. Her practical, actionable and fun approach to learning is a favorite among Functional Medicine practitioners.
Dr. Z has taught classes for or been interviewed by IFM (Institute for Functional Medicine), Rupa Health, Designs for Health, 3x4 Genetics, SIBO SOS, Health Means, SIBO Doctor and more.

She has previously published peer-reviewed literature and created a unique personality profiling system published by McGraw-Hill, NY which was a best-seller and won awards in sales. She is the creator of the LabDX software which has revolutionized Functional Medicine lab analysis and is the first of its kind worldwide. In March 2025 she published the bestselling marketing book Middle-Aged Mama in a Muumuu which has transformed how practitioners and coaches grow their practices.
Dr. Z will tell you she’s not a fan of sales, despite outselling Disney in their own park with the only non-Disney item, generating $150k+ in sales from the stage at a single speaking event and creating $250k+ in cash sales during the first year of a debt-free startup business. 
She then repeated that during the first year of her Functional Medicine practice with only 7 hours per week of nutrition visits.
